Our Yoga & Pilates Wellness Weekend was organised to address one of the most common issues among working adults: spinal misalignment, desk-hunch posture, and mental fatigue. The 2-day immersive workshop combined the muscle-toning principles of Pilates with the mindfulness and flexibility exercises of traditional Hatha flow Yoga.
Under the guidance of lead coach Priti Modi, participants spent the first day mastering core stabilization and pelvis alignment. Using foam rollers and resistance bands, they learned how to activate deep abdominal stabilizers that protect the lower back. Day two focused on spinal flexibility, shoulder opening poses, and breath-centered meditation to release chronic stress and stiffness.
